What to Include in Your DMCA Notice

• Your contact information — name, email address, and phone number.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification to admin@promptkaro.com with the required information. We will review it and restore the content if appropriate.

Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, PromptKaro will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within 48 business hours.
